I have been a researcher of noids for about 5 years now. I'm currently distributing in my local area. I know all of the laws that surround them, therefor I would only be supply legal herbs. I guess my question is, it being so risky to accept credit cards " how would I go about making my payment method safe for both myself and the customer. If any current or past vendor willing to give me some insight that would be great.

Wayyyyyyy back in the days of JWH days I sold some herbal incense on eBay when it was still A-OK to do so. Obv that's a no-go in today's world. I actually had a site up at the time too and had a CC processor accept me after I spoke with one of their representatives on the phone. Had to stretch the truth a bit but it didn't matter in the end as I decided it wasn't worth the hassle anyway. Only made two small blends and said meh.

Right. I just don't want it to be something where the customers aren't protected like I am. I want it to be able to use a CC comp. but seems scary needing to give up info.

bad idea,
Look up some names, Bobs Bud from Alabama (he was charged with 15 years and his spice was all "legal" chems in it) he killed himself rather then go to jail. Lorenz, he got busted vending spice on here two years ago.
rcamerica.co got shut down, the guy is dead now, but it was not noid related far as we know, was only 30.
Spice is covered under the U,S, analog act for a "marijuana like" substance regardless of whether or not an analog of a controlled substance is being used to make it, if it produces similar effects to MJ analog law applies along with manufacturing charges, conspiracy to distribute.

a lot of things to consider there bro, each state has it's own laws so what might be legal federally and in your state could be illegal to ship to several U.S. states. then there is the matter of taxes. If you operate out of certain places in Reno you could avoid taxes. but rest assured the IRS is better at finding vendors then the DEA is when they stiff old sam on his cut of the cheddar. and also I would make sure each batch of what you receive is lab tested by a third party, there is a lot of shit floating about right now being sold under one legal name that is another for dirt cheap because the vendors got stuck with a lot of product when the laws came down to ban them. You have to double bag and label each bag properly as hazardous chem and not for human consumption and include Material Safety Data sheets with every sale to remain legal, age verify every purchaser, if I can think of anything else I will let ya know.
